My name is Enrico Nardone. I am a partner at EN3 Sunprotection, a shading and insect-protection consultancy based in Toronto. I have important insights I believe I should share with you. Our company executes a substantial amount of Roller shading installations in Toronto, GTA and across Canada for both the residential and commercial sector.To our surprise, we discovered that over 95% of installed shading fabrics are still PVC-based and around 50% of them contain fiberglass! We see them everywhere: in homes, in hospitals and in schools!

We are alarmed

We were even more astonished, when we discovered that more than 55% of shading fabrics currently being specified by expert consultants such as interior designers, architects and developers for future projects still contain the harmful combination of PVC and Fiberglass.
