WHAT IS A FLEXYSKIN® LOGGIA?
Traditionally speaking, a loggia is an architectural structure: a covered exterior gallery or corridor on either ground or upper level. Its outer walls, which are open to the elements are usually supported by columns or arches. A flexyskin® Loggia is based on the same principle, but with a major difference. EN3 SunProtection now offers Integrated Motorized Insect &Sunprotection Screening systems that are seamlessly integrated into an existing or planned architectural loggia.Thanks to current state-of-the-art technology and high performing materials, the EN3 system exceeds its traditional predecessor way beyond anyone’s imagination.

Once in place, the EN3 Loggia’s or EN3 Pergola’s structure is stocked with remotely controlled Integrated Roller Systems providing Insect or Sunprotection or both. All Roller systems incorporate a patented Manual or Automated Tensioning System ensuring high-level fabric tensioning. Special, waterproof yet translucent fabrics can also handle snow load. Effective cassette housings and wind resistant lateral side channels with integrated fabric retention ensure easy and effortless handling. Moreover, sunscreen fabrics will also reduce wind, rain and protect from harmful UV rays and provide daytime privacy while extending your valuable outdoor living space. Imagine that, thanks to the leading edge technology, the motorized roof and exposed sides (made of state-of-the-art fabric /screen) of your adjacent loggia are completely flexible and close / open via a remote control. You can completely reconfigure the “skin” of your loggia or patio or balcony with a click of a button.

There are two types of pergolas: adjacent or self-standing. At EN3, we offer both solutions. The adjacent option consists of a customized, permanent reinforced aluminum structure that increases the footprint of your home and integrates with its appearance. We can accommodate any size or adhere to any shape or profile or specification.

Expand existing outdoor summer home patio space by adding a customized aluminum pergola structure, equipped with Integrated Motorized Insect Screening on its perimeter and a Sloped, Motorized, Light filtering, waterproof Roof Screen. Build a 4-season option and ensure the roof can handle snow loads.

Water Proof Screen: Soltis Water Proof.
With all screens down, Internal heaters will significantly improve the internal temperature within the
pergola structure.
